Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one e-mail account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailboxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply select the mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
